This Usuba-style vegetable knife is crafted from stain-resistant high-carbon steel with a beech wood handle. Its thick 3mm spine is built for chopping large quantities of vegetables. Each knife is hand-finished and assembled by the designer for a truly personal touch.
Hand wash only, oil regularly, and chop daily. Included is a 5ml bottle of genuine Kurobara knife oil from Japan.
